Training Programs
No Boundaries Summer Couch to 5k (& 10k) Training Program


Registration opens June 4th at our first ever Information Night at Fleet Feet Sports! We will cap the program at 125 participants. Registration will take place strictly online - visit www.signmeup.com to register. Your training program will be online using www.workoutlog.com. The Kick-off Meeting will be June 4th at 7 pm at Fleet Feet Sports.
Cost $115
Cost includes:
- 13 week training plan specific for 5K walk, run/walk, run and 10K run
- Technical No Boundaries T-shirt
- One coached group workout per week. Monday nights at 6:30 pm on the Montour Trail - 2 locations - Valley Brook Rd and Al's Cafe.
- First workout is July 2nd.
- Over 20 Mentors for every speed and activity who will give encouragement and advice. All mentors have participated in a Fleet Feet Training Program in the past, and many are NoBo alumni themselves!
- Culminating event is the Pittsburgh Great Race 5K and 10K on September 30th.
- Many clinics and shopping nights to get all the information you need to be a successful runner/walker. Learn about the gear you need to make running as comfortable as possible and to feel your best during training. Clinics will provide information on nutrition and hydration, injury prevention, stretching, gear and fit nights, and more!

Marathon Training
Fleet Feet Sports Pittsburgh's Marathon and Half Marathon training groups focus on you. We provide coaching for all abilities tailored to achieve your specific goals. We follow a program with bi-weekly Group Runs.
Our program begins in January every year with registration opening the previous December. Make sure to get on our email newsletter list so you can be informed immediately when training programs are being offered.
Flyers Running Club
And when there isn't a training group running, or if you just like to run with other friendly and encouraging people, there's the Fleet Feet Flyers Running Club!
- Every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm- speed workouts, form drills and tempo runs.

- Every Sunday morning at 7:30am at different locations.
- Locations and specific times posted on the homepage and Runners page.
Water is always provided.
