Every summer, join Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance to walk or run your first 5k or 10k! The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K or 10K in 13 weeks. The 5k program is for non-runners or very new runners. The 10k program is for runners who can comfortably run 20-30 minutes. Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation, guidance and advice to keep you moving plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.

Fleet Feet Sports Pittsburgh's Marathon and Half Marathon training groups focus on you. We provide coaching for all abilities tailored to achieve your specific goals. We follow a program with bi-weekly Group Runs.
Our program begins in January every year with registration opening the previous December. Make sure to get on our email newsletter list so you can be informed immediately when training programs are being offered.
And when there isn't a training group running, or if you just like to run with other friendly and encouraging people, there's the Fleet Feet Flyers Running Club!
