Fleet Feet Sports' "Dash to the Holidays" NoBo program will help you transition from fall into winter running. We offer a 10-week training plan for 5k and 5 mile running and walking programs. Join in the camaraderie and fun, regardless of your ability, as we dash into the holiday season! We will meet you at your starting point and support you in your journey! Choose to walk, run/walk, or run your way to the finish line. This group is coached and mentored by people who started in this program and the camaraderie is second to none! Meet new friends, get accountability, and gain confidence!

Learn how to dress for the colder temps at our exclusive NoBo clinic during our Halfway Party in November. Join our group for a fun, flat 5k in the North Shore at The Jingle Bell Run & Walk for Arthritis at the end of week 8 on Saturday, December 2nd and our concluding event mid-December for our Annual Holiday Lights Run & Walk in downtown Pittsburgh with fun routes to view the city’s best holiday lights and displays (Date - TBA).
