Fleet Feet Fast- 5k/10k Program

Fleet Feet Fast | 12-Week Program: Monday, July 3rd through Sunday, September 24th 


Looking to run your greatest Great Race yet? Whether you’re signed up for the 5k, or 10k, this program is designed to help you clinch that PR! With three training plan levels, this program will accommodate those that are looking to:

Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race
Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race and a Fall Half Marathon
Run a fast 5k or 10k at the Great Race and a Fall Marathon

Fleet Feet Fast Training Includes: 

  • Support throughout the 12-weeks from coach Alex
  • Access to three supported workouts each week:
  1.      Wednesday #SpeedSquad
  2.      Friday Tempo Runs
  3.      Sunday Group Long Runs with the Flyers Run Club
  • Detailed 12-week training plan
  • Private Facebook page to support each other and ask questions

  • Membership to our Flyers Run Club for the 2017 year
