I. TRAIN to RACE
Ideal for runners who can run an 8-mile distance on a weekly long run, regularly log up to 30 miles per week, and want specific, targeted workouts to maximize their endurance and speed for this event.
II. TRAIN to RUN
Perfect for newer or returning runners who can run a 5-mile distance on a weekly long run, regularly log up to 25 miles per week, and are interested in safely increasing their long-run distance to 10 miles.
III. TRAIN to RELAY
This plan is for runners wanting to confidently run/walk a 5-mile relay leg of the EQT 10-Miler. Training plan will build weekly base mileage and maximize pace and endurance for race day.
