Our coaching staff uses Fitvil, an enhanced electronic platform to allow participants to directly message coaches, journal their training, and receive timely tips and group information. With Fitvil, group run and event check-ins are a breeze, and coaches can access your training journal to provide feedback. You’ll receive a personal key fob to quickly scan into events.
You will receive recognition and rewards and earn points for attending workouts, clinics and store events to keep you motivated from start to finish.

All beginner programs are mentored by past participants. There is no perfect pace and no one is too slow. New runners and walkers are a perfect fit!
Race-based training programs for intermediate to more experienced runners offer training plans with just the right balance of participants to coaches and pace leaders and offer walk/run interval training options.
