Program Schedule: Group long runs are Sundays, 7:30 am & optional speed interval workouts on Wednesdays, 7:00 pm.
Goal Race: Pittsburgh Marathon
Program Fee: $75 (includes Flyers Run Club Membership! A $40 value!)
Description: Develop, peak and taper for your best performance. Winter training for runners of ALL abilities.

Description: We meet year round at various locations throughout Pittsburgh – group runs begin at 7:30 am on Sunday mornings and Speed Workouts are held at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays at the Jefferson Middle School Track in Mt. Lebanon. Join today and let us help you achieve your running and fitness goals in a supportive and social environment!
