Combine your Sunday morning mileage with a unique cross-training experience at a few of the city’s premier facilities! Supplement your summer routine with fun fitness offerings designed for runners and led by Pittsburgh’s top instructors. Try your hand at different training modalities to spice things up, and get free samples and discounts from vendors like Delanie’s Coffee and Salud Juicery.

July 15th 8:30-9:30 AM - VersaClimber Class at Elevate Fitness
August 19th 8-9 AM - Pilates at Pittsburgh Fitness Project
September 16th 8:30-9:30 AM - Yoga at Inhale Pittsburgh
An elevation-based game where you can hit the trails and compete with your friends for prizes from Saucony! Tackle some hills in the parks around Pittsburgh, and track your total elevation between May 22nd and September 22nd for a chance to win a free pair of trail shoes. Participants receive special in-store discounts and a technical training shirt.

Join your Fleet Feet Running Club team and bring a friend or two for some easy miles and tasty craft brews! There’s not many things better than an ice-cold post-workout beer in the summer. Increase your fitness and expand your palate with our craft brewery tour on the last Thursday of each month. Check-in begins at 6:15, and the run starts at 6:30. Maps (3 & 5 miles) will be provided, but this is a Bring Your Own (Water) Bottle event.

Enjoy interactive presentations by the region’s premier running coaches, take a break for some shopping, then hang out with our Head Coach for an educational workshop on important training techniques and protocols.
