8 Week Program: July 6th - August 24th
Fleet Feet Pittsburgh's 8-week, non-competitive, conditioning camp will get kids ready for middle school cross country and other sports this fall. Camp meets twice weekly, and introduces the fundamentals of form and speed development in a relaxed environment through creative drills and a gradual building of running endurance to 30 minutes. This program is designed for students entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th grades in Fall 2019, and the focus is on fun!
Our 8 Week $90 Program includes:
- 15 coached group sessions of interactive games and running to get kids moving and building an endurance base
- Training Plan includes two weekly group sessions, plus one additional "at home" workout
