As the title sponsors of the Liberty Mile, Fleet Feet Pittsburgh is going to show up and bring the heat on Friday, August 9th.
Have you ever wondered how fast you could potentially run a mile? This summer is your chance to find out through an exclusive training program with Coach Tim!
This 12-week program is designed specifically to maximize speed for 1600 meters. Participants will get THREE coached workouts each week, focused on increasing top-end speed and aerobic capacity. The top runners from this program will also be invited to join the Fleet Feet Pittsburgh x New Balance Racing Team for the fall 2019 season.
Training schedule (May 20th through August 7th):
Mondays - Skills & Drills 6 PM (Point State Park/Southside Riverfront Park)
Wednesdays - Speed Demons 2.0 7PM (Jefferson Middle School)
Sundays - FFRC Elites 7:30 AM (various downtown locations)
