Timothy Lyman is a health and wellness professional specializing in program development and management. He is a competitive distance runner, coach and certified personal trainer. With over a decade of experience in the field, his education and interests range from holistic practices to sports nutrition and exercise physiology. He has coached both recreational and competitive individuals, in addition to men’s and women’s cross-country teams at the high school and collegiate levels. His training focuses include running economy, injury-prevention and functional/integrative fitness. He holds an MBA and B.A. from Point Park University, and certifications from the American Council on Exercise, USATF and ASEP.

Kisa became involved with the Fleet Feet family in 2011 when she became reacquainted with her love of running through their No Boundaries Couch-to-10k program. After not running since high school, she went on to train for the Pittsburgh Half-Marathon in 2012 and began giving back to Fleet Feet’s training programs as a mentor for the No Boundaries and Pittsburgh Half-Marathon programs.
Kisa officially joined the Fleet Feet team in the fall of 2013 assisting with training programs, and ultimately became the Training Programs Coordinator. Her favorite program is the No Boundaries beginner 5K & 10K programs. She has run distances from 5Ks to the full marathon, and shares her love of running with her son, who runs cross-country for Chartiers Valley, and her daughter, who can be seen frequently at No Boundaries workouts.
“There is something humbling about the beginning for a runner, whether they are a first timer or getting back into shape. Running teaches us what we are capable of, how strong we are when we push just past our comfort zone. Emily has been running with Fleet Feet for over 3 years and is now thrilled to coach the Speed Demons track workouts. With over 10 years experience in running, she has competed in Track & Field, Cross Country and tons of local road races including the Pittsburgh Marathon.

Brad is the Assistant Store Manager at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh, a marathon training coach, Head Coach of the Middle School Run Camp and elite ultra runner. Coming from a background in education, Brad is happiest instilling the tools and knowledge to runners and walkers who have an earnest desire to achieve their utmost potential. He truly believes that running is a constant state of self-evolution, and that with the right passion and commitment no goal is out of reach.

Martine has achieved success in the treatment of various neuromusculoskeletal disorders including vertigo and balance disorders, post-operative conditions, degenerative conditions and athletic injuries. She created individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and research while providing thorough education on all aspects of the patient’s care. She feels it is important to treat the whole person, not just parts.

Laine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over 5 years of experience in the health and wellness industry working as an ACSM certified personal trainer, sports performance coach, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach. She earned both her bachelors and masters degrees from Ohio University in Exercise Physiology and Food and Nutrition sciences.
She always been active, competing in multiple sports throughout high school and ultimately at the D1 level as part of the Ohio U. field hockey team (Go Bobcats!). As a former collegiate athlete, she understands the importance of proper nutrition and the effect it can have on performance.
She remains active and enjoys playing and coaching field hockey, biking, swimming, and hiking. She is passionate about helping athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes reach their maximum potential through the power of food and proper nutrition.

Amy is a five-foot frame packed with energy, creativity and determination. Her philosophy of “accept no limits” makes her a trainer who is sure to help you push your boundaries and discover strengths that you never knew existed. As a coach and motivator, she enjoys grinding it out together and being a part of the process. Her greatest joy is seeing the confidence and self-esteem people discover in the process of achieving their goals.
In addition to being an avid runner (21 half-marathons and too many other shorter distance races to count!), Amy has also had the pleasure of working for a number of fitness facilities in Pittsburgh over the last 8 years, including the YMCA and Push 40 Fitness in Bridgeville, where she specializes in Interval Training.
Amy brings a unique perspective to training because until about ten years ago, she wasn't “into” fitness. She didn’t grow up playing a sport, or even caring about one. She came to the fitness party a little later in life than most people, but when she arrived she fell in love with being fit, strong and how it made her feel. Now, she just hopes to help everyone else feel the same way!
Aside from her career in fitness, Amy is also the founder and principal of Accents by Amy Interior Design, a huge baseball fan, and lover of most all kinds of music. She holds national Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Certifications from AFFA/ NASM, as well as several other specialty certifications, including Les Mills BodyPump.
