Coach Amy has put together a Body Weight 101 training program to help strengthen your core, improve your balance and gain mobility and flexibility. Using only the weight of your own body and some basic resistance bands, this class will guide you through fundamental movement patterns and strength-training exercises that can be modified to suit all ability levels. These workouts are an important part of a comprehensive training program, and will help you feel, move and run better!
Classes are held every other Saturday from 10-11 AM during the fall training season (October 6th - December 1st).
Drop in rate is $10/class, but you can save 20% by pre-registering for all classes for $40! (due October 6th).
