More supportive and structured than their lightweight performance trainer line, the Motion is a great everyday trainer for runners who may like to turn up the speed now and again during tempo or fast-paced runs and intervals. GU Electrolyte Brew

What's in it?

Gu Brew contains a carbohydrate blend with electrolytes (sodium and potassium) to help refuel and re-hydrate at the same time.

How is it different than Nuun /Nathan Catalyst?

Gu Brew combines carbohydrates and electrolytes so it has 100 calories per serving unlike Nuun and Catalyst which contain only electrolytes. It also does not fizz at all so you can run with it and not worry about the carbonation.

How is it different than Gatorade?

Gu Brew contains a 2:1 ratio of complex to simple sugars which improves performance by increasing the rate of carbohydrate absorption. Gu Brew is also mildly sweet so it doesn't have an overwhelming taste while running.
