More than any other generation of the Pegasus, the 35 fits snug like a performance shoe. That’s because it’s curve-lasted (more like the Vapor Fly than former models) and has a partial bootie construction that wraps the foot for a secure, sock-like fit. However, the removal of a lower eyelet provides a bit of flexibility in the forefoot. The heel cup is also a step up in the fit; it’s tapered away from the Achilles tendon for more heel and Achilles comfort.
A couple of things remain the same, though: This iteration retains the same midsole cushion blend and the shoe’s classic mesh upper (it’s stretchy, so if it feels a little snug for your first few runs, just know it loosens up).
