Fleet Feet Sports’ 8-week, non-competitive, conditioning camp will get kids ready to join middle school cross country. This program is also great for youngsters who are getting ready for other fall middle school/early high school sports where they will be doing a lot of running, or for kids who just want to keep moving in a fun group environment over the summer! The program is designed for students entering the 6th, 7th or 8th grades in Fall 2017, and the focus is on FUN!
Program includes a camp t-shirt, 16 coached group sessions of interactive games to get kids moving & build an endurance base. Training plan includes two weekly group sessions, plus 1 additional workout plan. Upon registration, receive special discounted coupons for running essentials to get started on the right foot.
