 Full Marathon 

16-Week Program runs from January 14th - May 5th
Choose from 3 different training levels: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced 

Your 16-week training plan consists of periodized Base, Build, and Peak phases to maximize your training while minimizing injury risk. Whether you are a first-time marathon participant, novice runner, or a Boston-qualifying competitor, we have a training plan for you. Our elite team consists of knowledgeable coaches, experienced pace group leaders and mentors, and a support staff that includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, and a nutrition coach.


Half Marathon

12-Week Program runs from February 11th - May 5th
$99 - Choose from 3 different training levels: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced

Your 12-week training plan consists of periodized Base, Build, and Peak phases to maximize your training while minimizing injury risk. Whether you are a first-time marathon participant, novice runner, or a Boston-qualifying competitor, we have a training plan for you. Winter Warriors

16-week program run from January 20th - May 5th
Run with us outside this winter, and be a part of the 2019 Winter Warriors!

Winter Warriors is perfect for those looking for accountability throughout the winter months and into spring. Winter Warriors can enjoy lower mileage, or join up with their respective pace group doing half or full marathon distances at our Sunday group runs. There will be 3 and 5 mile turn-by-turn maps provided for Winter Warriors each week in addition to what is offered at the half and full distances.

  • Supported weekly group long runs (Sundays at 7:30 AM from various locations Downtown)
  • Detailed maps with turn-by-turn directions
  • Aid stations at the Start/Finish point and along any route longer than 6 miles

NEW THIS YEAR! In case Pittsburgh's best training program wasn't good enough already, we are now going digital! Register for a 16 or 12-week plan, and you'll receive your workouts through the app-based Final Surge platform. Final Surge links with your existing Garmin, Strava or Apple accounts, and automatically uploads your runs into an individualized, customizable calendar. This cutting-edge software allows our coaches to track your progress in real-time, and provide feedback, encouragement and program modifications so you can get the most out of your season.
