Running Form and Foundation at Mecka Fitness

Our friends at Mecka Fitness are hosting a free Strength Training for Runners Clinic on Saturday, February 11th at 11:30 am at their location in Mt. Lebanon!

Coach Richard Butler and Coach Lena will lead a workshop on mobility, core, resistance and body weight cross-training for runners. New Balance will come to present on how activity, size, and foot shape determine proper footwear needed to do strength and running. THIS IS ALL FREE!
