Run Strong Series with NovaCare

Our good friend Martine Marino, MPT, COMT, is coming to Fleet Feet Sports to host clinics covering the most common running injuries, myths and tips to keep training strong! Martine is the Center Manager at NovaCare Rehabilitation in Bethel Park.

Martine treats patients at NovaCare Rehabilitation’s Bethel Park center. She creates individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and research while providing thorough education on all aspects of the patients’ care. She feels it is important to treat the “whole” person, not just parts.

These free clinics will take place at Fleet Feet Sports. Please RSVP if you plan on attending!

Injury Prevention | February 25 at 11 am

This clinic will include a brief overview of the biomechanics of the running cycle. Martine will discuss common running injuries and strategies to prevent them. This workshop will be interactive and there will be a chance to ask questions! Attendees will also have the option to undergo a Fusionetics Screening if they choose. (Screenings are $10, cash or check)

Why Fusionetics? Nearly half of all sports injuries are caused by overuse and non-contact  incidents. A Fusionetics Screening will help Martine to evaluate individual biomechanics and pin-point weak points.
