Good Form Running

Good Form Running (GFR) is a simple to understand technique for running healthier, easier and faster. Instead of a complex biomechanical analysis, GFR focuses on four simple, essential steps focused on running light and running easy.

With simplicity as a primary focus, GFR has positively impacted thousands of runners since 2006. 

GFR is on Saturday, April 29 at 12 pm at Fleet Feet Sports. Spots are limited, so be sure to RSVP below!

Meet the Coach

Alex started running competitively when he joined Track & Field in 8th grade. After graduating from Michigan State University, he moved to the Pittsburgh area for a job with Coca-Cola and started running with the Fleet Feet Flyers Running group. He ended up enjoying the community so much that he started volunteering with training programs and eventually started working at the store.  Alex has completed 7 marathons, most recently running a 2:52 in Baltimore, MD.
