Join us and our good friend certified Sports Dietitian, Leslie Bonci, at Fleet Feet Sports on Tuesday, May 24 for a nutrition and healthy eating seminar. Leslie will go over the right way to fuel your runs, walks and workouts. Doors open at 6 pm and event starts at 7 pm.
Leslie is the owner of Active Eating Advice by Leslie, a nutrition consulting company based in Pittsburgh. She's also the sports dietitian for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Kansas City Chiefs, Carnegie Mellon University and the Toronto Blue Jays .
