Shoe Check-ups:

 Bring in your old shoes and a FIT Professional will assess the wear-pattern and set you up with a new pair based on what they see. Then pick out a FREE PAIR OF SOCKS* to go with your new shoes! Julia from New Balance here for the day so bring your questions.

Innate Fitness Workout, 10am at Fleet Feet Sports

Refresh your workout routine with a free Chaos fitness class with Christian from Innate Fitness! Chaos is a one of a kind, metabolic training class that sheds body fat, increases lean muscle, improves mobility and flexibility, increases strength, speed, and power, with an added focus on tightening your core.  All fitness levels are welcome!
