Fleet Feet Sports and barre3 are teaming up for a Run to Barre3 event! We'll meet at barre3 Southpointe at 7:30am and kick things off with a 3 mile run or 1 mile walk around Southpointe. Then we'll head inside the studio for a 60 minute barre3 class!
Barre3 is an amazing cross-training tool for all runners and walkers. Our postures are designed to strengthen the core as well as protect injury-prone areas, such as the knees, hips, neck and low backs- perfect for runners, right? Let's add them together for a fun Saturday morning! All levels welcome (non-runners, too!).
