Shoe Checkup & Donation: Start the year off in the right footwear. By bringing in your old trainers we can check the wear-pattern and determine what you need. We’ll donate your old shoes to the MORE Foundation and give you $10 toward your new pair (exclusions apply).
Movement & Strength Training for Runners: We're thrilled to welcome Dr. Aaron Palmieri from Next Level Spine and Sport for a talk on movement, strength training and injury prevention. In addition, Dr. Palmieri will be offering a FREE functional movement assessment for participants.
